What the world should get ready for

The next subreport of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change shows how we have to adapt to climate change

The climate will continue to heat up, and weather extremes will occur more frequently in the future. The severity of the consequences, however, will depend on how well the world has prepared itself for this reality. To this end, climate, nature, and humanity must all be examined together, as indicated in the latest contribution to the Sixth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
